We paid her bond and she is currently on a 20+ hour bus ride home.
From Jenny: My sweet daughter in law was taken from our family and is held in an immigration jail in Tacoma Washington. Isabel has three beautiful children, Kadance 13, Tymon 12 and our little surprise Emma only two years old.
Please help us bring our daughter, wife and mother home. She doesn't know a soul in Portugal. Her children are trying to be brave, but they are terrified. Isabel has such a big heart and gives of herself with her whole soul. Christmas is a time for joy and love. Please help us to bring Christmas joy to our family with Isabel back in our arms!
December 21: Isabel is grateful that so many people who she has never met who found love in their hearts. She plans to pay it forward with other folks in the future.

NWDC Resistance supports this fundraiser because no families should be separated, and no one should be detained! Please help Isabel get out of the Northwest Detention Center and back home to her family in Idaho -- money is the only thing keeping her from her children.
You can help! Free Our Neighbors is raising money to free immigrants and asylum seekers from immigration detention, where people often have to wait for months while their immigration case is resolved. This administration is jailing more and more immigrants, which separates communities and makes it extremely hard for people to find lawyers and collect evidence. People who are able to leave immigration detention during their immigration case are much more likely to win their cases.
Free Our Neighbors is getting a lot of requests for help and we are hoping to free as many people as possible! We have a list of people who are waiting for our help to go home to their families and communities.
Please donate now to free someone so they can return to their family! No donation is too small. At the end of the immigration case, the bond money will be returned so the money can be used again to free another person.
